2.1. By using the Site you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Site.
2.2. You are responsible for all access to the Site through your internet connection and your account, including access by others, and for ensuring anyone who accesses the Site through your connection is aware of these terms.
2.3. We may restrict or withdraw access to the Site, or parts of it (including registered areas), where reasonably necessary, including where these terms are breached.
2.4. We use reasonable efforts to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee it will be available at all times; maintenance and upgrades may cause temporary unavailability.
3. Rules of conduct
You must not:
3.1. use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose;
3.2. use the Site to defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others, including privacy rights;
3.3. impersonate any person or organisation, misrepresent your affiliation with anyone, or suggest we endorse you or your content when we do not;
3.4. interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to bypass its security, or introduce viruses, worms, trojans or other harmful code;
3.5. reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Site or access to it without our written consent;

3.7. remove copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices;
3.8. frame or mirror the Site, or systematically extract its content to build a database or dataset, whether by automated or manual means. Public search engines may index the Site for the purpose of operating public search services; we may revoke that permission where it is abused.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Site and the material published on it, including the AOIT name and logo, which are trade marks of AOIT Networks Ltd. All such rights are reserved.
4.2. You may view, print and download extracts from the Site for your own reference, and share them within your organisation, provided you do not modify them and you keep all proprietary notices intact. Any other use of Site content requires our prior written consent.
5. Site content and accuracy
5.1. The content of the Site is provided for general information. We work hard to keep specifications, prices and other details accurate and current, but the Site is provided “as is” and we make no warranty that its content is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment. The terms that govern a purchase, including the price, are those confirmed during the order process.
5.2. Commentary and other material on the Site are not advice on which you should rely.
6. Links
6.1. You may link to our home page or to public pages of the Site, provided the link is fair and lawful, does not damage our reputation or suggest any association or endorsement that does not exist, and does not frame or embed Site content. We may require the removal of any link to the Site, and you must have the right and ability to remove it promptly on request.
6.2. Where the Site links to third-party websites and resources, those links are for your information. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites, and linking does not imply endorsement. Take care to evaluate any site you visit before providing personal information.
7. Our liability for Site use
7.1. Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
7.2. If you are a business, subject to clause 7.1 we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including loss of profits, business, goodwill or data, whether direct or indirect, and all implied conditions and warranties relating to the Site are excluded. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill in providing the Site, but the Site is provided free of charge for general information and we are not responsible for business losses or for loss you could have avoided. Liability arising from services you purchase is dealt with in our Terms and Conditions, not this clause.
8. Privacy, log files and cookies
8.1. Personal data collected through the Site is handled in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Like most websites, our servers automatically log standard access information such as IP address, browser type, request times and URLs requested. How we use this information, including for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance, is described in our Privacy Policy.

9.2. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues in force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
